Raising a Complaint

Informal Concerns

Many concerns can be resolved quickly through open discussion. Feedback can be raised during your appointment or by requesting a follow-up conversation.

Formal Complaints

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please submit it in writing via email to:

Acknowledgement & Timeframes

  • Informal concerns will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
  • Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
  • All complaints are handled professionally and confidentially.

Our aim is to reach a resolution as promptly as possible and keep you informed throughout the process.

Escalation

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you have the right to escalate your concern to the General Chiropractic Council (GCC).
